Picasso

• 30 ml tequila
• 15 ml dry gin
• 15 ml soho lychee liqueur
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml passion fruit pulp, fresh
• 1 inch cucumber, chopped
• ice

1. Muddle cucumber and passion fruit.
2. Add remaining ingredients then shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
