Salmon Cakes

  1. Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef.
  2. .
  3. Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion.
  4. In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft.
  5. In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek .
  6. Mix well form 3 to four patties.
  7. In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
