Salmon Cakes
- 34 lb salmon, skinned
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 14 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon london house hoagie hot pepper
- 1 small leek
- 1 ear of cooked corn
- Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef.

- Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion.
- In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft.
- In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek .
- Mix well form 3 to four patties.
- In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
