Slimming world burgers

  1. Dice up the chilli, onion, garlic
  2. Add the beef, chilli, garlic, onion, egg, and Worcester sauce to a large mixing bowl and season well with salt and black pepper.
  3. Now get your hands in the bowl and mix well squeezing the mixture between your fingers
  4. Shape into burgers as you can see it makes four decent sized burgers
  5. Shallow fry the burgers in the 1 cal cooking spray
  6. Serve with a big salad and chunky chips
