Creamy Spinach Dip Recipe

• 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/4 c. minced green onions
• 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
• 3 c. frzn cut leaf spinach, thawed and well liquid removed
• 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, liquid removed and finely minced
• 3 tbsp. minced red bell pepper, if you like

1. In medium bowl, combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings.
2. Stir in onions, spinach, water chestnuts and red pepper.
3. Cover, chill to blend flavors.
4. Serve with crisp vegetable dippers, assorted crackers or possibly bread.
5. Makes 3 1/2 c..
