Oatmeal Raisin Bars

  1. Mix flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. Blend margarine or butter, brown sugar, egg substitute and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in flour mixture.
  4. Stir in raisins or chips.
  5. Spread mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool completely; cut into bars to serve.
