Marinated Cole Slaw Recipe

  1. Combine cabbage, red pepper, green pepper and onions; set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and turmeric and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Pour over cabbage.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
  5. Best if made at least a day before serving, or chilled.
