Crab Mac N Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar
- 1/3 cup Mozzerella
- 1/3 cup Parmesean
- 1 packages Imitation Crab Meat
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed red Pepper
- 3/4 stick butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Half and half
- 1 box Medium Shells
- Get your shells boiling in water and make sure they are steaming hot when you add them to the sauce
- In a Saucepan melt the butter on medium heat and once melted mix in the flour and add more butter until its a thick yellow paste
- Now add the milk and half and half and whisk until there are no lumps, then add all the seasoning and mix well
- Add in all the cheeses but do not mix, then put the steaming hot noodles on top of the cheese and mix until you have a nice creamy texture
- In a seperate pan saute the crab in butter and add it to the maccaroni
- Enjoy!
