Crab Mac N Cheese

  1. Get your shells boiling in water and make sure they are steaming hot when you add them to the sauce
  2. In a Saucepan melt the butter on medium heat and once melted mix in the flour and add more butter until its a thick yellow paste
  3. Now add the milk and half and half and whisk until there are no lumps, then add all the seasoning and mix well
  4. Add in all the cheeses but do not mix, then put the steaming hot noodles on top of the cheese and mix until you have a nice creamy texture
  5. In a seperate pan saute the crab in butter and add it to the maccaroni
  6. Enjoy!
