Asian Honey Garlic Spareribs

  1. Separate ribs between bones and precook in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Chop into 2" lengths.
  3. Heat wok on high heat, add oil, garlic and ginger.
  4. Quickly add ribs and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Then add water, MSG and soy sauce.
  6. Cover and steam ribs for 10 minutes on medium high heat.
  7. When water has evaporated, add cooking wine and honey garlic sauce.
  8. Stir for a few minutes, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
