Mince and Pumpkin Layer Pie

  1. Preheat oven t 425 degrees (225 C.).
  2. Prepare pastry for 8 inch crust pie.
  3. Fill pastry lined pan with mince meat.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients with rotary beater.
  5. Pour over mince meat in pan.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in preheated oven.
  7. Serve slightly warm or cool, but not cold (regrigerated) with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
