Easy Bite-Size Kinako Mochi

  1. Cut the sliced mochi into 6 even cubes.
  2. Pour water in a bowl.
  3. Add the mochi and microwave it for 1 minute at 600 W.
  4. Combine the kinako, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Add Step 2 mochi to the bowl after draining, coat with the kinako mixture.
  6. Coat twice with the kinako mixture, and it's done.
