Easy Bite-Size Kinako Mochi
- 2 pieces Sliced mochi
- 2 tbsp Kinako
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- Cut the sliced mochi into 6 even cubes.
- Pour water in a bowl.
- Add the mochi and microwave it for 1 minute at 600 W.
- Combine the kinako, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add Step 2 mochi to the bowl after draining, coat with the kinako mixture.
- Coat twice with the kinako mixture, and it's done.
