Sauteed Vegetable and Bacon Cheesy Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to pack directions; drain.
  2. Heat half the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add bacon and cook until crisp, remove and cover.
  4. Heat remaining oil in pan; add vegetables and saute 5-8 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
  5. Return pasta to saucepan along vegetables and combined Vegie Pourover, milk and seasoning.
  6. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve pasta topped with crispy bacon.
