Soft White Potato Bread (Machine)

• 1 14 cups water
• 2 12 teaspoons instant yeast (1 pkg)
• 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 14 cup potato flakes
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 cups bread flour (up to 3 1/2 cups)
• 14 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order given.
2. Select the white bread option and start the bread machine.
