Cilantro Lemon Drummettes
- 1 dozen Drummettes
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Cummin
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/3 cup Red onion
- 1 Tomatio
- 1 Serrano
- 1/4 cup Water
- Roast garlic, tomatio, Serrano, red onion in olive oil.
- Once roasted, blend together along with all seasonings, olive oil, water and lemon zest.
- Fry drummettes in crisco vegetable oil for 7-9 minutes on 350F.
- Toss the fried drummettes in thecilantro lemon sauce.
- Make sure all drummettes are fully coated.
