Cilantro Lemon Drummettes

  1. Roast garlic, tomatio, Serrano, red onion in olive oil.
  2. Once roasted, blend together along with all seasonings, olive oil, water and lemon zest.
  3. Fry drummettes in crisco vegetable oil for 7-9 minutes on 350F.
  4. Toss the fried drummettes in thecilantro lemon sauce.
  5. Make sure all drummettes are fully coated.
