Stuffing with Pasilla Chiles

  1. Cut chiles into thin strips with kitchen shears.
  2. Bring orange juice and butter to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chiles; cook and stir 1 min.
  4. Add stuffing mixes; stir.
  5. Cover.
  6. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  7. Fluff with fork.
  8. Top with cilantro.
