Thai Salad And Salad Dressing Recipe
- 7 egg yolks
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 7 tbsp. Mazola oil
- 2 teaspoon condensed lowfat milk
- Beat egg yolks till stiff.
- Put in blender and add in rest of ingredients.
- Beat well.
- Refrigerateand serve over chipped lettuce, hard-cooked egg, green onion, tomato, green pepper, cucumber, combined, or possibly any combination you wish.
