Breakfast Oatmeal Recipe
- 1 c. Oats steel-cut
- 2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 x Banana mashed
- Put everything in a pot, heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
- Serve with skim lowfat milk.
- Our second favorite breakfast:leftover ricemashed bananaraisinsadditional sugar if you like
- Mix and heat in the microwave.
