  1. Spread eight slices of toast with peanut butter.
  2. In a small bowl lightly mash raspberries with a fork, divide mashed raspberries amongst the 8 sliced of toast with peanut butter on them.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola.
  4. Stack one berry topped toast on another, top with plain toast.
  5. Repeat with remaining toast slices.
  6. Slice to serve.
