Two Herb Blends
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 2 teaspoons dried savory
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 2 teaspoons dried chervil (optional)
- Combine the herbs for either blend in a small, wide-mouthed jar.
- Shake well.
- Store in a dark, cool place for up to 6 months.
