Potage Du Jardin (Garden Vegetable Soup)

  2. Cut vegetables into small slices julienne style.

  4. Place stock in a soup pot.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.

  7. Add the Pastina, salt, and pepper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve.
