Spaghetti Jambalaya Recipe
- 2 lbs. warm sausage
- 2 lbs. smoke sausage
- 1 pound franks
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 (32 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 sm. onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 2 stalks shallots
- Parsley flakes
- Boil spaghetti.
- Boil warm sausage in a separate pot.
- Cold.
- Slice up.
- Fry bacon, saute/fry seasoning in 1/4 c. of the drippings.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 3 min.
- Add in all sausage in sauce.
- Simmer for 15 min.
- Add in spaghetti and crumble in bacon; mix well.
