Asian Flank Steak

  1. Score meat in diamond pattern.
  2. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and marinate meat 6 hours to overnight.
  3. Remove meat, reserving marinade.
  4. Grill meat on high 4 minutes per side and allow to rest before slicing.
  5. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil over higt heat and cook 3-5 minutes until thick and syrupy.
