Asian Flank Steak
- 1 12 lbs flank steaks
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Score meat in diamond pattern.
- Combine ingredients in plastic bag and marinate meat 6 hours to overnight.
- Remove meat, reserving marinade.
- Grill meat on high 4 minutes per side and allow to rest before slicing.
- Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil over higt heat and cook 3-5 minutes until thick and syrupy.
