Cajun Chicken pasta

  1. Slice spaghetti squash in half.
  2. Bake rind side up about 30-40 minutes at 375.
  3. (Or you can microwave with a little water for 6 to 8 minutes.

  5. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Add chicken, cook till browned (about 6-8 minutes on each side.)
  7. Add garlic, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
  8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Uncover and add heavy cream, cook till hot but not boiling.
  10. Stir in parmesan cheese until sauce is thick and creamy.
  11. Serve over spaghetti squash.
