  1. sift dry ingredients .
  2. Add oil and water knead until smooth,Divide dough into 12 equal balls.
  3. Roll each portion into round shape, brush with 1 teaspoon oil , fold into cylinder shape ,then folder into conical shape,stand over flour dusty tray, repeat for the remaining balls.
  4. Dust with flour and roll out each piece to 17 cm , diameter disc ,Heat griddle and shallow fry both sides over low heat till golden.
