Pork Chop And Potato Scallop Recipe

  1. In skillet, brown chops.
  2. Blend soup, lowfat sour cream, water and parsley.
  3. In 2 qt casserole alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and sauce.
  4. Top with chops.
  5. Cover.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
  7. 4 servings.
