Wendy's Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- V-8 juice
- 1 egg
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crushed
- 1 strip bacon
- Mix together the beef, salt, pepper and egg.
- Add in the crushed stuffing and V-8 juice, to the consistency meatloaf you like.
- Place a strip of bacon on the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
- Serves 4.
