Coconut Breakfast Cereal

  1. Mix yogurt with milk until mixture is smooth.
  2. Peel orange like an apple, making sure white pith is removed.
  3. Slice orange slices.
  4. Pour any juice off thawed blueberries.
  5. Divide half of the yogurt mixture among 4 cereal bowls.
  6. Top each with orange slices, blueberries, cereal and coconut (save a little of each for garnish.
  7. Top with remaining yogurt mixture and garnish with fruit and cereal.
