Upside-Down Ham Loaf

  1. Melt butter in bottom of a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cloves; sprinkle on pan. Arrange halved pineapple slices over sugar mixture.
  3. Combine ham and remaining ingredients except cheese; pack half of mixture over pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, then pack with remaining ham mixture.
  5. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 about 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Turn upside down on a hot platter.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
