Noodles and Mushrooms in Poppy Seed Sauce

  1. Melt butter and saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
  2. Add juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne and bring to a simmer.
  3. Cook noodles al dente.
  4. Combine sour cream, yogurt, zest, and poppyseed.
  5. Toss pasta, juice mixture, and sour cream mixture.
