Holiday Brunch Recipe
- 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread (crusts removed)
- 8 ounce. sliced Old English cheese
- 2 c. cooked and liquid removed sausage
- 1/2 c. onion, sauteed
- 1/2 c. green pepper sauteed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 5 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
- Layer bread in 9 x 12 greased pan.
- Top with slices of cheese.
- Then spread next 4 ingredients (combined prior) over cheese.
- top this with remaining bread.
- Then, pour the Large eggs, lowfat milk, and salt and pepper mix over which.
- Top with 2 c. grated cheese.
- Let sit overnight.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
- Delicious.
