Sesame Pasta Salad
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons mongolian fire oil (or other hot sauce)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 12 cup carrot, sliced
- 12 cup celery, sliced
- 14 cup green onion, sliced (including the green ends)
- 1 cup halved sugar snap peas or 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.
- Cook and chill pasta.
- Mix pasta and vegetables together, pour dressing over it and chill.
- Store in an air tight container so you can turn it over every once in awhile and re-distribute the dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
- This salad is better after sitting for a couple of days.
