Fanned Baked Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Partially cut potatoes into thin slices, being careful to not cut all of the way through each potato.
  3. Place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Fan potatoes slightly.
  5. Drizzle with dressing, making certain potatoes are evenly coated.
  6. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
