Crispy Orange Beef Recipe

• 1 lb stew beef
• flour (for dredging)
• veg. oil (to saut

1. Season stew meat very lightly with salt and pepper and lightly toss in flour.
2. Shake off excess flour.
3. Coat a shallow pan with veg.
4. oil and gently pan fry stew meat.
5. Drain meat and set aside.
