Graham Cracker Pancake S'mores Stack

  1. Portion batter onto heated, oiled griddle using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  2. Top each pancake with 1/4 cup graham cracker pieces.
  3. Cook until bottoms are lightly golden brown, then turn to brown other sides.
  4. For each serving: Arrange 2 pancakes, cracker side-up, on broiler pan.
  5. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  6. each chocolate and caramel sauces, and 1/3 cup marshmallows.
  7. Toast marshmallows with kitchen torch until golden brown.
  8. Stack pancakes on serving plate.
