Marshmallow Squares Recipe

• 1/4 c. butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. sifted flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3/4 c. minced nuts
• 3/4 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. flaked coconut
• 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

1. 350 degree oven.
2. 8 inch square pan.
3. Cream butter, sugar, and egg.
4. Add in vanilla and beat thoroughly with electric mixer at high speed.
5. Sift flour, salt, and baking pwdr; stir in.
6. Beat few min longer till well blended.
7. Spread in greased pan.
8. Sprinkle on nuts, chips, and coconut.
9. Place marshmallows proportionately over top.
10. Bake till marshmallows are slightly brown.
11. Top with icing, if you like.
