Salmon & Cheese Ball Recipe

• 1 lg. can salmon, liquid removed & boned
• 2 tbsp. grated onion
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounce. cream cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Mix together and form into a ball.
2. Chill.
3. Roll in 1/2 c. minced nuts and 3 tsp.
4. of parsley flakes.
