Slow-Cooker Saucy Meatball Subs
- 1-1/2 cups CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb. frozen fully cooked meatballs (about 20)
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced, separated into rings King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 6 sandwich buns, partially split
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Mix pasta sauce, water and Parmesan in slow cooker.
- Add meatballs and vegetables; stir to evenly coat with sauce.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours).
- Fill buns with meatball mixture and shredded cheese just before serving.
