Quick Chicken & Noodles
- 2 cup leftover chicken, boned and cubed
- 8 oz Rotini Noodles
- 1 packages frozen mixed vegs.
- 1/2 small Onion, minced
- 1 stick celery, minced
- 2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 soup can Milk
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground Pepper & Salt each
- 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp ground Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Cook the macaroni, al dente.
- Meanwhile prep your chicken, onion, and celery.
- Drain pasta, set aside.
- Put all vegs in same pot that you used for pasta, add water, boil 7 mins.
- Drain, return to pot.
- Add all ingredients to pot except cheese.
- Mix well, turn into casserole dish.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 350 for 45 min.
