Gochujang & Lemon Flavored Zucchini and Beef

  1. These are the ingredients.
  2. Combine the beef seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the beef to the bowl from Step 2 and season with the sauce.
  4. Cut the zucchini into 7-8 mm slices.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  6. Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and pepper and then saute on medium heat.
  7. Once both sides have browned, raise the heat and add the seasoned beef.
  8. Cook until the ingredients have cooked through.
  9. Add butter and squeeze with lemon to finish.
  10. Lightly combine the flavors and enjoy.
  11. You can optionally garnish with white sesame seeds or threads of red chili pepper.
  12. It's perfect served with rice or enjoyed while drinking.
