Gochujang & Lemon Flavored Zucchini and Beef
- 100 grams Beef (thinly sliced offcuts)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/4 lemon Lemon
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- These are the ingredients.
- Combine the beef seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the beef to the bowl from Step 2 and season with the sauce.
- Cut the zucchini into 7-8 mm slices.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Sprinkle the zucchini with salt and pepper and then saute on medium heat.
- Once both sides have browned, raise the heat and add the seasoned beef.
- Cook until the ingredients have cooked through.
- Add butter and squeeze with lemon to finish.
- Lightly combine the flavors and enjoy.
- You can optionally garnish with white sesame seeds or threads of red chili pepper.
- It's perfect served with rice or enjoyed while drinking.
