Spinach Tuna
- 4 bunches Spinach
- 1/2 can Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 pinch Sugar
- Cook the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute.
- Chill in cold water and drain.
- Cut into 3 cm lengths.
- Drain oil from the tuna can.
- Mix mentsuyu and sugar with step 1, and it's done.
