Spinach Tuna

  1. Cook the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  2. Chill in cold water and drain.
  3. Cut into 3 cm lengths.
  4. Drain oil from the tuna can.
  5. Mix mentsuyu and sugar with step 1, and it's done.
