Party Potatoes

• 8 medium potatoes
• 1 stick margarine
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1 small pepper, finely chopped
• 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 6 Tbsp. flour
• 4 c. milk
• 1/2 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese, cubed
• 1/2 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese, cubed

1. Boil
2. potatoes in jackets until tender.
3. Peel, cool and cube. In melted margarine saute onions and green pepper for 1 minute. Add
4. pimento,
5. seasonings
6. and flour.
7. Blend in milk, stirring until thickened.
8. Stir in cheese.
9. Stir until cheese is
10. melted. Spread
11. potato
12. cubes
13. in 3 quart flat casserole. Pour
14. sauce over
15. potatoes.
16. Bake

18. 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
