Barley Muffins

  1. Sift together the barley flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Beat eggs slightly.
  3. Combine eggs, cream, and honey with dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into muffin tin and bake at 400F (200C) for 25 minutes
