Clay Pot Chicken

  1. heat oil in a large frying pan over high fire.
  2. brown chicken in batches.
  3. transfer chicken into claypot.
  4. add ginger and garlic.
  5. pour wine, soy sauce and sesame oil over.
  6. mix well.
  7. cover the claypot and simmer over low fire for 30-40 mins, or until chicken is cooked.
  8. sprinkle spring onions on top and serve with rice.
