Pistachio-Pineapple Mallow Dessert
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 3-1/4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
- 2 tubs (8 oz. each) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 3 maraschino cherries with stems
- Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple, nuts and 1 cup marshmallows in large bowl.
- Gently stir in 1 tub COOL WHIP.
- Add 2 cups of the remaining marshmallows to remaining COOL WHIP in separate bowl; mix lightly.
- Layer half each of the pudding mixture and marshmallow mixture in large serving bowl; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marshmallows and cherries.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
