Fruit, Fiber & Nuts
- 4 cups bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
- 24 fl oz fat-free milk
- 2 small bananas
- 1/3 cup Sugar Free, favorite flavor
- Serve each person 1 cup cereal topped with 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) milk.
- Enjoy each portion with 1/2 a banana, either sliced on top of cereal or on the side.
- Prepare each GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEE serving as directed on package.
- Serve with breakfast.
