Tortellini with Creamy Tomato Sauce
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen tortellini
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) seasoned chunky tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Grated cheese

- Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil (Note: This is the most time-consuming part of the recipe.)

- Once the water has reached the boiling point, add tortellini and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- 3.
- While the tortellini is cooking, mix tomato sauce, chunky tomatoes and heavy cream into a 2 quart sauce pan.
- 4.
- Cook over medium heat until hot, then reduce heat to medium-low.
- 5.
- Drain cooked pasta.
- 6.
- Add sauce mixture to pasta, toss and serve.
- 7.
- Add grated cheese if desired.
