Tortellini with Creamy Tomato Sauce

  2. Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil (Note: This is the most time-consuming part of the recipe.)

  4. Once the water has reached the boiling point, add tortellini and cook for 12-15 minutes.

  6. While the tortellini is cooking, mix tomato sauce, chunky tomatoes and heavy cream into a 2 quart sauce pan.

  8. Cook over medium heat until hot, then reduce heat to medium-low.

  10. Drain cooked pasta.

  12. Add sauce mixture to pasta, toss and serve.
  13. 7.
  14. Add grated cheese if desired.
