Amalfi Tea

• One mint sprig
• 1 ounce Averna (herbal amaro)
• 4 ounces chilled Prosecco
• 1 ounce limoncello

1. In a Champagne flute, stir together the limoncello, Averna and Prosecco.
2. Garnish with the mint sprig.
