Veal Tips Supreme Recipe
- 1-1/4 lbs. boneless veal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Flour
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 c. dry red wine
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- Slice veal strips, flour lightly and add in salt and pepper, brown quickly in extra virgin olive oil.
- Turn heat down and add in sliced onions, add in red wine to simmer gently till onions are soft and veal is done.
- Toss in pan till well mixed.
- Serve.
