Veal Tips Supreme Recipe

  1. Slice veal strips, flour lightly and add in salt and pepper, brown quickly in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Turn heat down and add in sliced onions, add in red wine to simmer gently till onions are soft and veal is done.
  3. Toss in pan till well mixed.
  4. Serve.
