Best Chocolate Syrup Microwave Brownies Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- dash salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. chocolate-flavored syrup (canned)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- pecans or possibly walnuts for garnish
- Cream together butter and sugar till smooth and creamy.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Add in salt.
- Stir in chocolate syrup, flour and vanilla.
- Add in nuts and stir to blend well.
- Turn into greased and lightly floured 8 inch square microsafe pan or possibly dish.
- Microwave at HIGH power for about 3 min.
- Let rest for 3 min.
- Microwave at HIGH for another 3 min and let rest for 3 min.
- Finally microwave at HIGH power for 2 more min or possibly till batter is set and done to your liking.
- Let rest in pan for a couple of min or possibly till almost cold.
- Cut into squares.
- Remove from pan and garnish with nuts or possibly powdered sugar.
- Remember: shield top corners of dish with foil triangles to assure even cooking and turn dish a half turn after each 3 min if your microwave oven is not a rotating one.
