Asparagi Parmigiana Recipe
- 16 stalk asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2.
- Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 min, or possibly till al dente.
- Drain.
- 3.
- Heat butter in ovenproof pan.
- Add in asparagus and saute/fry for 5 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese, add in salt and pepper, and bake for 2 min.
- 4.
- Transfer to boiler and gratinee for 2 min or possibly till golden.
- Serve.
- Note: Use freshest asparagus available.
