Asparagi Parmigiana Recipe

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  4. Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 min, or possibly till al dente.
  5. Drain.

  7. Heat butter in ovenproof pan.
  8. Add in asparagus and saute/fry for 5 min.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese, add in salt and pepper, and bake for 2 min.
  10. 4.
  11. Transfer to boiler and gratinee for 2 min or possibly till golden.
  12. Serve.
  13. Note: Use freshest asparagus available.
