Cinnamon Apple Gelatin Salad
- 1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 14 cup red cinnamon candies
- 12 cup boiling water
- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
- Add cinnamon candies to 1/2 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve.
- Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
- When partially set, add the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cooking time is refrigeration time.
